[...] Michelle Jones, Nick Huhn, Aaron Marshall, Brendan Jackson and Jason Falls presented a social media 101 session to an audience of social media rookies with varied backgrounds and professions. The presentation covered a large amount of material in a short time, but laid the foundation for a better understanding of what social media actually is, how to use it and maybe most importantly, the session inspired a lot of great material for the Q&A session held afterwards.
