Patrick O’Keefe, author of, “Managing Online Forums,” and a nationally-recognized expert on message board and forums presented a web conference to the Social Media Club Louisville Tuesday night. The event was sponsored by DBS Interactive.
O’Keefe’s web conference, conducted over video conferencing platform ooVoo, is below. The recording began just seconds into O’Keefe’s opening comments. His talk was approximately 15 minutes while the engaged crowd asked questions for an additional 25 minutes. Because of the setup - speakers feeding O’Keefe to a room - there is a bit of an echo and some instances of feedback.
Four copies of, “Managing Online Forums,” were given away as door prizes. Okeefe also blogs at ManagingCommunities.com.
The SMC Louisville’s next even will be it’s monthly cocktail hour at Proof On Main on Tuesday, Oct. 28 from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
